Role Summary
We’re looking for a product-minded data leader to become the brain of 88date.
This role is not about reporting dashboards. It’s about understanding user behavior,
shaping decisions, and protecting the quality of a premium community through data.
You’ll work closely with the founder and product team, turning raw data into clear product
and business insights.
What you will do

Build and own the product analytics system (from events to dashboards)

Analyze user behavior across onboarding, engagement, retention and subscriptions

Identify patterns behind churn, upgrades, downgrades and long-term value

Help balance user activity and prevent early engagement burnout

Design and validate metrics for experiments and product changes

Define data requirements for backend and mobile teams
What we expect

Strong SQL (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse)

Experience in product analytics for mobile apps or marketplaces
