What you will do

Own day-to-day operations across product, tech, marketing and partnerships

Turn ideas into clear plans, timelines and deliverables

Run planning, weekly syncs and execution tracking

Ensure everything ships on time — without founder micromanagement

Build and document internal processes as the company scales

Oversee financial ops, contracts, payments and admin flow
