Role Summary
You’ll lead growth through offline presence, partnerships, ambassadors, and
community-driven distribution.
This is not a performance marketing role. It’s about building a premium ecosystem around the
product.
You’ll work directly with the founder and manage existing teams across PR, content, partnerships,
and events.
What you will do

Lead and scale offline growth channels: events, installations, brand presence in partner locations

Build and manage strategic partnerships: communities, business clubs, concierge services, premium brands, fintech, luxury platforms

Develop ambassador and referral programs (invite links, priority access, perks)

Own influencer strategy (selective, quality-driven, mostly organic)

Launch and grow 88date Networking alongside our core product.

Set growth priorities and align PR, content, partnerships, and design teams

Protect and elevate the quality of the community
What we expect

Experience in luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, communities, or premium tech

Strong understanding of offline-first growth

Ability to operate hands-on and think strategically
