Head of Growth & Partnerships

Role Summary

You’ll lead growth through offline presence, partnerships, ambassadors, and community-driven distribution.

This is not a performance marketing role. It’s about building a premium ecosystem around the product.

You’ll work directly with the founder and manage existing teams across PR, content, partnerships, and events.

What you will do

  • Lead and scale offline growth channels: events, installations, brand presence in partner locations

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships: communities, business clubs, concierge services, premium brands, fintech, luxury platforms

  • Develop ambassador and referral programs (invite links, priority access, perks)

  • Own influencer strategy (selective, quality-driven, mostly organic)

  • Launch and grow 88date Networking alongside our core product.

  • Set growth priorities and align PR, content, partnerships, and design teams

  • Protect and elevate the quality of the community
